We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years old.

13. International Visitors

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or another country where our service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

Where required by applicable law, our legal bases for processing may include:

  • Your consent
  • Performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract
  • Compliance with a legal obligation
  • Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the business
  • Protection of legal rights and prevention of fraud

International visitors may contact us to ask about applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability rights.

14. Children’s Privacy

  • Other third-party websites or services

We do not control the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third parties. Your interaction with a third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

16. Social-Media Features

The Website may include links, widgets, buttons, or embedded content from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

These companies may collect information about your device, Website activity, or interaction with embedded content. Your activity may also be connected to your account with that platform if you are signed in.

Those companies control their own collection and use of information.

17. Automated Tools and Artificial Intelligence

We may use technology, including automation or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, to support Website development, organize information, create content, manage communications, analyze business operations, or improve our services.

We do not use automated decision-making as the sole basis for making a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning you.

Assessment and quiz results are educational tools and should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, or guarantee that a person will be accepted into coaching.

18. Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings or other privacy preference signals. Because industry standards and legal requirements continue to develop, the Website may not respond uniformly to every signal.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will make reasonable efforts to honor that signal as required.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations change.

The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Website or by email when appropriate.

Your continued use of the Website after an updated policy becomes effective signifies your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
