Community posts, other members’ comments, live-call discussion, and answers from the Sovereign Guide are likewise not individualized medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our Website, products, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Website or by email when appropriate.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Community activity, live calls, and Sovereign Guide conversations are also described in the Privacy Policy. We keep Community data separate from your assessment results and payment records.
5. Medical and Health Disclaimer
Health and wellness content is provided for educational purposes only.
Tatiana Madden is not acting through this Website as a physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, registered dietitian, naturopathic doctor, or other licensed healthcare practitioner.
Nothing on the Website is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, prescribe for, or cure a medical or mental-health condition.
You should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before making decisions involving symptoms, medications, supplements, herbs, laboratory testing, nutrition, exercise, mental health, or medical treatment.
Your use of health-related content is also governed by our Medical and Health Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is an educational and developmental relationship designed to support reflection, awareness, goal-setting, decision-making, and personal growth.
Coaching is not:
- Medical care
- Mental-health treatment
- Psychotherapy
- Marriage or relationship counseling
- Crisis intervention
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- A substitute for services from a licensed professional
Participation in coaching does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
The Sovereign Circle Community, live group calls, and the Sovereign Guide offer general support and education. They are not individualized coaching or professional advice, and they do not by themselves create a coaching relationship.
Additional coaching terms may be included in a separate coaching agreement. If a coaching agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding the coaching relationship, the signed coaching agreement will control.
7. No Emergency or Crisis Services
The Website and our coaching, assessment, and educational services do not provide emergency response or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or an immediate threat to your safety, call 911 or contact local emergency services.
If you are in the United States and experiencing suicidal thoughts or an emotional crisis, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Do not use a contact form, assessment, email, text message, coaching portal, Community post, live call, Sovereign Guide chat, or social-media message to request emergency assistance.
If you feel unsafe in a relationship, you can contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.
8. Assessments and Quizzes
The Sovereignty Assessment and any other quiz, questionnaire, score, category, profile, or assessment offered through the Website are educational self-reflection tools.
Assessment results:
- Are not medical or psychological diagnoses
- Are not professional evaluations
- Do not determine whether you have a disease or disorder
- Do not guarantee acceptance into a coaching program
- Do not guarantee a particular outcome
- Should not be used to make medical or mental-health treatment decisions
Results are based on the information you choose to provide and may not capture the full complexity of your experiences or circumstances.
Your assessment results are private. They are not shared with other Community members and are not connected to your Community profile.
9. Accounts and Login Credentials
Certain courses, assessments, coaching portals, or digital resources may require an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Use reasonable measures to protect your account
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account
You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide account credentials to another person.
We may suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe it has been compromised, shared without permission, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
10. Purchases and Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- The billing information provided is accurate
- You authorize the applicable charge
- You will pay all charges, taxes, and fees disclosed before purchase
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. We generally do not receive or retain your complete card or banking information.
We may correct pricing or product-description errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you to confirm the corrected terms or cancel the transaction and issue an appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.
11. Physical Products and Shipping
Physical products may be sold directly through the Website or fulfilled by a third-party retailer, publisher, distributor, or shipping provider.
When a third party processes or fulfills the order, that provider’s shipping, return, privacy, and customer-service policies may also apply.
For orders fulfilled directly by us:
- Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed delivery dates
- Delivery times may be affected by carriers, inventory, weather, or events outside our control
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
- You must notify us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect
If we cannot ship an order within the time promised, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
12. Digital Products
Digital products may include:
- Electronic books
- Guides and workbooks
- Audio or video content
- Course materials
- Assessments and results
- Templates and exercises
- Downloadable resources
- Members-only content
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the material for your own lawful, noncommercial purposes.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property.
You may not:
- Share your login or download link
- Upload the material to a shared drive or public platform
- Copy or distribute the material to others
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the material
- Record, reproduce, or republish course content
- Record, screenshot, or transcribe live calls or Community content
- Use the Sovereign Guide to extract our books or materials in bulk
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
- Use the material to create a competing product
- Use the material to train an artificial-intelligence system without written permission
13. Courses and Programs
Course and program descriptions identify the general subject matter and intended experience. Specific lessons, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, bonuses, platforms, or materials may change when reasonably necessary.
Unless explicitly promised in writing, purchasing a course or program does not guarantee:
- A certification or professional license
- Employment or business income
- A relationship outcome
- A medical, emotional, or physical result
- Permanent access to every platform or feature
- Individual coaching or personalized professional advice
Your access period, payment arrangement, participation expectations, and included services will be disclosed on the applicable sales or checkout page.
14. Coaching Services
Coaching services may require:
- An application
- Completion of an assessment
- A paid clarity session
- Acceptance into the program
- A signed coaching agreement
- Payment according to the selected plan
- Compliance with scheduling and participation requirements
Submitting an application or paying for an initial session does not guarantee acceptance into a longer coaching program.
We may decline or discontinue coaching when the services are not an appropriate fit, the requested support is outside the coach’s scope, the client requires licensed professional treatment, payment obligations are not met, boundaries are repeatedly violated, or continued participation would be unsafe or unproductive.
Any applicable refund will be determined under the signed coaching agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
15. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Appointment changes, cancellations, missed sessions, refunds, credits, and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and, where applicable, your coaching agreement or the terms displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before purchasing or scheduling.
Unless otherwise required by law, failure to attend, access, download, or use a purchased service does not automatically create a right to a refund.
16. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If we offer a subscription, membership, payment plan, or automatically renewing service, the material terms will be disclosed before you authorize payment, including:
- The amount charged
- Billing frequency
- Duration or renewal terms
- How to cancel
- Any applicable trial period
- Any material restrictions
By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to the disclosed schedule until the arrangement ends or is canceled according to its terms.
A payment plan for a fixed-price product or coaching package is not necessarily a month-to-month subscription. Canceling participation does not automatically eliminate an outstanding contractual payment obligation.
Where applicable, we will provide a reasonable cancellation method and obtain affirmative consent before initiating recurring charges.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@tatianamadden.com so we can review the matter.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel an agreement, eliminate a valid payment obligation, or create a right to retain access to products or services.
We may suspend access to an account, program, course, or service while a payment dispute is being investigated.
Nothing in this section limits your lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
18. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Tatiana Madden and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Protected content may include:
- Website copy and design
- Books and excerpts
- Articles and blog posts
- Videos and audio recordings
- Podcast content
- Photographs and graphics
- Course lessons
- Assessments and scoring systems
- Coaching frameworks
- Guides, workbooks, prompts, and exercises
- Brand names, slogans, and logos
This includes content associated with Tatiana Madden, Simply Tatiana, The Path to Sovereignty™, the Sovereignty Assessment, The Sovereign Circle, the Sovereign Guide, and related books, programs, frameworks, and content series.
You may view and use publicly available Website content for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may share a Website link or a brief excerpt with clear attribution.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, systematically download, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
19. User Submissions
You may be able to submit questions, comments, reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, assessment responses, or other content.
You retain ownership of content you create. However, when you intentionally submit content for public display or promotional use, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, format, publish, and display it for the purpose authorized.
Content you post in The Sovereign Circle Community is governed by Section 22 instead of the public-display license above. We will not use Community posts for promotion or testimonials without your separate written permission.
Private coaching communications, confidential intake responses, and nonpublic assessment information are not treated as publicly licensed content merely because you submit them through the Website.
You represent that any content submitted by you:
- Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Does not violate another person’s rights
- Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or abusive material
- Does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or trademark rights
- Does not contain malicious code or deceptive links
We may remove public content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate for the Website.
20. Testimonials
Testimonials and success stories reflect the experiences and opinions of the individuals providing them.
They do not guarantee that another customer, reader, student, or coaching client will receive the same result.
Testimonials may be shortened for length or lightly edited for grammar and clarity, but we will not knowingly alter their substantive meaning.
We will request permission before publicly identifying a private coaching client or using personally identifiable client content for promotional purposes.
21. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, database, server, or system
- Interfere with Website security or functionality
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology
- Harvest personal information from other users

- Post defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful content
- Scrape or systematically extract Website content
- Bypass access restrictions or payment requirements
- Share paid content or account credentials
- Use Website content to build a competing product or service
- Use Website materials to train artificial-intelligence models without written authorization

- Share, copy, screenshot, or repeat another member’s Community content outside the Community
- Try to identify an anonymous poster
- Record or transcribe a live call or session without written permission
- Use the Sovereign Guide to extract or reproduce our materials in bulk, or to bypass its limits
- Contact members to sell, recruit, or promote without our permission
22. The Sovereign Circle Community
22.1 What the Community is. The Sovereign Circle (the “Community”) is a private, members-only area of the Website for women enrolled in the Path to Sovereignty™ coaching program. It allows members to share experiences and encouragement with one another between coaching sessions.
22.2 Who may join. You may join only if you are at least 18 years old, are enrolled in the coaching program, have signed the coaching agreement, and your first monthly program payment has been successfully processed. The Community has no separate fee. Joining is optional. We may place your Community access on hold, for example when a payment fails, is refunded, or is disputed, and may restore it when the issue is resolved. Access ends when your program ends, except as we tell you in writing, such as an alumni area.
22.3 Peer support, not professional services. The Community offers peer support and encouragement. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, crisis intervention, or legal or financial advice. Other members are not professionals, and their posts are personal experiences, not advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for consulting a licensed professional when you need one. Sections 5, 6, and 7 apply in the Community.
22.4 Member Agreement and Community Guidelines. When you join, you must accept the Member Agreement and the Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms. We may update them, and we will ask you to accept material changes.
22.5 Your Community content. You own what you post. By posting, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, and moderate your content within the Community so that we can operate it. We will not use your Community content for promotion, marketing, or testimonials without your separate written permission. You are responsible for your content, and you promise that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate Section 19, Section 21, or the Community Guidelines. Other members who have access to the room where you post can see your content.
22.6 Confidentiality. Members agree to keep other members’ posts, stories, and identities confidential and not to share, copy, screenshot, or repeat them outside the Community. We cannot guarantee that every member will honor this promise, and we are not responsible for what another member does with what you share. Share only what you are comfortable sharing with other members.
22.7 Moderation. We may review, hide, edit, or remove content; mute, suspend, or remove members; and take any other step we reasonably believe is needed to protect members, the Community, or others, with or without notice. We are not required to monitor the Community and do not promise to read every post. Removal from the Community does not by itself end your coaching agreement, change your payment obligations, or entitle you to a refund. Those matters are governed by your coaching agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. A member who has been muted, suspended, or removed may appeal as described in the Community Guidelines.
22.8 Anonymous posts. Where we offer anonymous posting, a post is anonymous to other members only. We can see who wrote it, and we may look at the author to address a safety concern, a violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or a legal requirement.
22.9 No emergency monitoring. The Community is not watched around the clock, and we do not promise to respond to any post at any particular time or at all. We may use automated tools to flag certain words so that we can review posts. Those tools may miss concerning posts and may flag harmless ones, and they do not create a duty to monitor, rescue, or intervene. If you or another person is in danger, call 911. If you are in the United States and experiencing suicidal thoughts or an emotional crisis, call or text 988. If you feel unsafe in a relationship, you can contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.
22.10 Pausing, leaving, and rejoining. You may pause, leave, or rejoin the Community whenever you are eligible. When you pause or leave, you may choose to hide your posts until you return, keep them as “Former member,” or delete them permanently. Permanently deleted posts cannot be restored, although other members’ replies to a deleted post may remain. Copies may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, and moderation records, as described in the Privacy Policy.
22.11 Privacy of Community data. Community activity is kept separate from your assessment results and payment records. Other members cannot see your assessment results, scores, payment information, or coaching records. We use service providers to host and run the Community, and the Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used. There is no member directory and no direct messaging unless we tell you otherwise.
22.12 Notifications. We may send you emails, in-app notices, or push notifications about Community activity. You can change your preferences at any time. We may still send you important notices about safety, these Terms, your account, or your program.
22.13 Changes to the Community. We may change, pause, or end the Community or any feature, set limits such as posting limits, and use third-party tools to run it. We do not guarantee that the Community will always be available or that any particular member will take part.
23. Live Calls, Video Sessions, and Recordings
23.1 How calls work. Group calls and coaching sessions may be hosted inside the Website through a third-party video provider. You need a compatible device and browser, a camera or microphone if you choose to use them, and a reliable internet connection. We are not responsible for connection problems on your side or the provider’s side, and we may offer a backup link or reschedule when needed.
23.2 Who may attend. Community calls are for eligible members with access to the room for that call. Coaching sessions are private between you and your coach. Do not share join links, invite others, or let anyone else use your access.
23.3 Cameras and microphones. Unless we tell you otherwise, turning on your camera or microphone on a Community call is your choice.
23.4 Recording. Calls are not recorded unless we tell participants first. If we record a call, we will show a notice before it begins and while it records. By staying on a recorded call, you agree to the recording. You may leave, or keep your camera and microphone off, instead. Coaching sessions are not recorded unless you and your coach both agree. Recordings may be shared only with members entitled to see them and only for the purposes stated in the notice.
23.5 Your conduct on calls. You may not record, screenshot, stream, transcribe, or use any AI note-taking or recording tool on any call or session, or share what you see or hear, without our written permission. Taking your own handwritten notes is fine.
23.6 Removal. We may mute, remove, or block anyone who disrupts a call or violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
23.7 Scheduling and missed calls. Dates and times may change. Missing a group call does not entitle you to a refund or credit. Missed or rescheduled coaching sessions are governed by your coaching agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
23.8 Recording laws. Some places require everyone on a call to consent to recording. You agree to follow the recording notice we give you.
23.9 No emergency services. Section 7 applies to live calls.
24. The Sovereign Guide and Other AI Features
24.1 What the Guide is. The Sovereign Guide is an AI-powered assistant that answers questions about the Website, the program, and our published materials. It is software. It is not a person and it is not Tatiana Madden.
24.2 Not professional advice, and it can be wrong. The Guide’s answers are based on our books, Website, and program materials and on automated language technology. Answers may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The Guide does not provide therapy, medical, legal, financial, or coaching advice. If an answer conflicts with these Terms, your coaching agreement, or another policy, the written document controls. Please check with us about anything important.
24.3 No emergencies. Section 7 applies. The Guide may display safety information, but it cannot contact anyone or send help.
24.4 What you share and what we keep. Do not enter information you do not want stored, such as payment card numbers, passwords, or government identification numbers. Guide conversations are stored, may be reviewed by us and by service providers to operate, secure, and improve the Guide, and are subject to the Privacy Policy. You can delete your Guide history from your Community settings. We do not sell your Guide conversations. The Guide does not have access to your assessment results, payment records, or other members’ Community posts.
24.5 Questions sent to us. If you choose to send a question to us, we may read it and reply to you by email.
24.6 Voice. If we offer a voice version of the Guide, we will ask for your consent before it starts. Your speech is converted to text and stored in the same way as written conversations.
24.7 Using the Guide properly. You may not try to extract our books or materials in bulk, bypass the Guide’s limits, or manipulate it into acting outside its purpose. Answers are for your personal, noncommercial use. The restrictions on copying our materials and on training artificial-intelligence systems in Sections 12 and 21 apply to the Guide.
24.8 Changes. We may limit, change, or discontinue the Guide at any time.
25. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, including:
- Booksellers
- Payment processors
- Scheduling services
- Email and SMS providers
- Video and podcast platforms
- Video-call providers
- AI and language-technology providers
- Hosting, database, and security providers
- Social-media networks
- Shipping and fulfillment providers
- Wellness retailers
- Other websites and applications
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, representations, or performance.
Your use of a third-party platform is governed by its own terms and policies.
26. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content
Some links or recommendations may be affiliate links. We may receive a commission or other benefit if you make a purchase through one of those links, at no additional cost to you.
Sponsored content, gifted products, affiliate relationships, or other material connections will be disclosed when required.
Compensation does not eliminate your responsibility to determine whether a product or service is appropriate for you.
27. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee a specific result from:
- Reading a book
- Completing an assessment
- Purchasing a guide
- Participating in coaching
- Enrolling in a course
- Following educational content
- Using a recommended product or service
- Taking part in the Community, a live call, or the Sovereign Guide
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your choices, participation, health, circumstances, professional support, consistency, and environment.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
28. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful Website content. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be:
- Available without interruption
- Free from errors or harmful components
- Compatible with every device or browser
- Complete, current, or accurate
- Free from technical or typographical errors
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Website feature, product, or service when reasonably necessary.
29. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties not expressly provided in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tatiana Madden and her contractors, service providers, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Website
- Reliance upon Website content
- Unauthorized account access
- Third-party services or links
- Loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill
- Participation in a course, assessment, or coaching service
- Use of a product or recommendation
- A violation of these Terms by another user
- Statements, advice, or conduct of other Community members
- Answers or errors from the Sovereign Guide
- Interruptions or failures of live calls or recordings
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.
If you have not made a purchase associated with the claim, total liability will not exceed $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
31. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tatiana Madden and her contractors, representatives, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Website
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content submitted by you
- Content you post in the Community or share on a call
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Fraudulent or unauthorized conduct associated with your account
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
32. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website, an account, course, community, coaching program, or digital resource when you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to make an agreed payment
- Share protected content or account access
- Engage in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct
- Interfere with Website security or operation
- Repeatedly violate program or community boundaries
We may place your Community access on hold, or mute, suspend, or remove you from the Community, under Section 22 and the Community Guidelines. Doing so does not by itself end your coaching agreement or your payment obligations.
Termination does not automatically eliminate an existing payment obligation or other provision intended to survive termination.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and confidentiality survive termination where applicable.
33. Electronic Communications and Signatures
By using the Website, submitting a form, completing checkout, or electronically accepting an agreement, you consent to receive records, notices, disclosures, and agreements electronically.
Electronic acceptance, typed signatures, checkboxes, and digital signatures may have the same effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by law.
You are responsible for retaining copies of agreements and transaction records for your files.
34. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@tatianamadden.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the Website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Paulding County, Georgia, or the applicable federal court serving that area.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
35. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
36. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when expressly stated in writing.
37. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a business restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable law.
38. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Medical and Health Disclaimer, Coaching Disclaimer, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Member Agreement, Community Guidelines, SMS Terms and Conditions, checkout disclosures, and any signed coaching or program agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website and applicable services.
A separate signed agreement or checkout term may contain additional provisions for a particular product or service.
